EG Minor Bantam "A" Team / Niagara Champs!!
The East Gwillimbury Minor Bantam ‘A’ Eagles travelled to
Niagara Falls, New York over the weekend of October 24th – 26th
for the Gene Harrington Niagara Showdown Hockey Tournament. We were undefeated
through the round robin, facing Vaughan Panthers, Baltimore Stars and Schomberg
Cougars. We went up against Whitby Wildcats in the final and came away with a
decisive 3-1 victory.
Congratulations to the team – Adam, Reagan, Ryan T.,
Jacob K, Dalton, Lucas, Alastair, Liam, Jacob C., Shane, Michael M., Bradley,
Ryan M., Nolan, Declan, Brayden and Michael B. and our coaches – Mark, Will,
Mike and Rob. Thanks for such an exciting weekend.
