Toronto Aeros Exhibition Game
On Monday September 12/22 The U14 A EG Eagles played host to the Toronto Aeros at The Nest. The Eagles were ready to go appearing in their milky white home jerseys on a fresh sheet of milky white ice to start the season. It was a beautiful site that mere words cannot describe.
Toronto would come out strong but struggled to contain a strong Eagles squad with superior aero dynamics.
With some strong goaltending and a total team effort the Eagles were able to enter the 3rd frame with a 3-0 lead. The Eagles would add another with Toronto countering with 2 tallies of their own to send Toronto home on the bottom end of a 4-2 Eagles victory.
Congrats to both squads on a clean and very well played game!
Next Up the U14 A Eagles will open the season at home in The Eagles Nest when they host the Stouffville Clippers on September 23/22 at 6pm.
