The EG Eagles Novice “A” hockey team is running a Hockey Pool fundraiser.
It is a very simple
box pool that you can follow along online as it is updated daily. Just make
your picks once and follow along to see how your team is doing.
Cost is $20/entry and all entries must be submitted by
October 7th,
2015.
There are two ways to enter:
1. You can enter online here; or
2. Print off the pdf document below and submit here by October 7th.

2nd Place - $250.00
3rd Place - $150.00
4th Place - $75.00
5th Place - $25.00

The pool name and password is also listed on the pool template. All entries must be paid by October 15th.
Any entries that are submitted online and not paid for by the deadline will be removed from the pool.
There are no maximum number of entries.
