Tournament Information
We will be acceitng applications up until 2 weeks before the tournament start date.
Each division has a 3-game guarantee and MVP awards for each team in every game.  All division will have a semi-finals (for divisions with six teams or more) and finals.
Tournament Champions will win a banner to proudly display at home, and all participants in the Championship game will receive a medal.
We will be hosting the following divisions:

KEY DATES:
Upon Registration - 50% Deposit
February 11, 2024 - Balance of Registration fee due
March 11, 2025 - Travel Permits and Rosters Due
CANCELLATION POLICY
    
        - 60 days or more prior to tournament: 100% Tournament Fee refund less $50 admin fee**
 
        - 30 to 59 days prior to tournament: 50% Tournament Fee refund**
 
        - Less than 30 days prior to tournament: 0% refund

PAYMENT
 
We require a 50% deposit and completed application form to secure your place.  Balance is payable 60 days before the tournament.  (Feb 11, 2025)    Full payment up front is also accepted.
