Our Annual General Meeting for the 2022-23 season will be on Wednesday May 24th, 2023 @ 7:00 pm.
The meeting will be hosted virtually online. You will be required to sign up in advance to virtually attend the meeting. The meeting link will be sent out the day of the meeting.

Please note that we do have executive positions up for election.
We are a volunteer run organization and the continued success of the EGMHA is very dependent on the strength of our volunteers and we are always looking for new people willing to contribute their time to our various programs. In the last several years the shortage of volunteers on our board has taken a toll on the small number of volunteers we have, continued vacancies in critical roles will have a negative impact on the programs we are able to offer.
We welcome all that are interested in filling those positions to please reach out to one of our current executive members to learn more about their roles and responsibilities. Nominations forms for those interested in running for a position are posted here. While we encourage nominations to be submitted in advance, nominations will also be taken from the floor.
