EGMHA is invited all interested companies to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide uniforms and apparel to EGMHA for the 2024-25 season. The company awarded the contract, will be assessed upon completion of the first year to continue with EGMHA on a longer term contract. This RFP initiative has been undertaken to provide an open
process to allow interested companies the right to submit their applications to provide
uniforms and apparel for EGMHA.

Please note the successful supplier will be required to facilitate team ļ¬tting sessions for the minor development and select teams in late September with an expected delivery date in late October. It is expected the delivery of jersey’s and apparel for the house league and local league jersey’s will arrive by the second week of September, based on ordering timelines set by the supplier.

NOTE: A maximum of 5 suppliers will be selected from the proposals submitted to
come in and present their products and ideas outlined in their proposals late-March. Samples are encouraged and EGMHA is not responsible for any costs associated with the preparation or presentation of a proponents bid.
