East Gwillimbury Minor Hockey Association with Upper York Minor Hockey Association is excited to announce the addition of the U8 & U9 Minor Development (MD) Upper York Admirals teams for the 2025/26 season.
Presently, East Gwillimbury and Georgina Minor Hockey Association roster one MD team per age group, per association.
To prepare our local athletes for competitive hockey within the Upper York Admirals umbrella, these teams will now be selected and rostered as Admirals. There will continue to be two teams per age group; however, these teams will now be tiered. Tiered systems can help players develop their skills and compete against players with similar skill levels.

East Gwillimbury and Georgina Minor Hockey Association will continue to offer Initiation Program (U7), House League (U9, U11 and U13), Local League (U15, U18, U21) and Select Team programming.
