The
EG Bantam A team had to dig deep this weekend as they entered the 35 annual
Jerry Jacobs Markham Islanders AA tournament.
They
started strong with two straight wins Friday and Saturday which was enough to
put them through to the Sunday Finals.
In
a tournament where every game was decided by one goal or less the Bantam A team
unleashed 5 in their decisive 5-2 win in the Championship game vs the home team
Markham Islanders.
