Hockey 4 Hunger Results
Submitted By EGMHA Webmaster (JM) on Monday, December 5, 2016
CONGRATULATIONS to all our 2016 Hockey 4 Hunger participants!!!

We are thrilled to announce that we raised 11,932 lbs of food this year for Hockey 4 Hunger in support of local families in our Community!!  Even though this is slightly down from 2015, we are still very proud of the results and all of our EG Eagles players for their hard work and contribution to this years event.

The 2016 winning teams this year are:
TYKE SELECT TEAM (1,474 lbs) for the Rep/Select Category
ATOM HL BLUE (1,169lbs) for the House League Category

Winning Teams will receive a FREE HOUR OF ICE TIME (sponsored by the EGMHA Executive) and a PIZZA PARTY (sponsored by First Power Generators)!

We also had 20 players bring in >100lbs individually, joining our 100+ Club.  Those players include:
Conner Greig, Carter Anderson, Colton Wilkenson, Riley Mackey, Duncan Martyn, Austin Daniels, Damon Milos, Aidan Canning, Owen Mackey, Luke Armstrong, Jack Bannister Bantam, Max Daniels, Roman Zavaglia, Dalton Comeau, Thomas Orr, Brett Lewis, Cameron Sheridan, Cole Sheppard, Kara Forno, Benjamin Forno

A draw will be made this week to determine which 5 members of this club will win a special prize!!  We will be in contact with coaches of the 100+ Club winners in the next few days.

The banner should be up in the arena now announcing these results.

Great job Eagles!!!
