2019-20 AGM Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting was postponed due to covid-19. 

It has now been rescheduled as a "virtual" online meeting for August 18th, 2020 at 7:00 pm. You will be required to sign up in advance to virtually attend the meeting. 

On or before August 18th you will receive an email with the web link to attend the meeting. CLICK HERE to sign up.

This is your time to be heard and or hear what is happening in your association. We are all volunteers and rely on the feedback of the membership to help guide our association through this ever-changing environment of youth sports. 

Please note that we do have executive positions up for election. Nominations will be received at the meeting, but if you have questions about the positions and their roles/responsibilities please reach out to one of our current executive members.
