Reminder of Health Information Protocols
We just would like to re-iterate the information process/protocol if a player/coach becomes ill:
The only information that is required is that parent inform coach that player is sick. To return to play we only need parents/guardian to provide a doctor's note to team trainer affirming the are in good health.
