Please note that we have now transitioned to the Sportsheadz Health Check App for our health screenings.
All players/coaches entering the building MUST complete and pass a Health Check in order to attend your event. If your player (or you as a coach) are not attending your practice (or games eventually) then you MUST mark in the app you are NOT attending. We need to ensure our contact tracing records are accurate.
