Our
Annual General Meeting for the 2020-21 season is planned for
Wed May 26, 2021 @ 7:00 pm.
The meeting will be hosted virtually online.
You will be required to sign up in advance to virtually attend the
meeting.

to all who registered in advance.
Please note that we do have executive positions up for election. We will also be posting shortly proposed changes to the Constitution and By-Laws. Part of the proposed changes include removing the VP Parents Auxillary and Deputy Treasurer positions, and creating two new positons – Director of Communications and Director of Events.
We welcome all that are interested in filling those positions to please reach out to one of our current executive members to learn more about their roles and responsibilities. Nominations for all open executive positions will be received at the meeting.
