Please fill out the form for each position you are nominating someone for. Elections will take place on Wednesday May 21st at the EGMHA Annual General Meeting. Nominations forms will close on Wed May 21st at noon. People nominated for a position MUST be in attendance for the nomination to go forward for consideration to the EGMHA membership.
