HL/LL Play Together Request

Playing requests are accommodated only in special circumstances. Our focus is team balancing to try to ensure that every player has a fair and equitable season.

1. Special requests will not be accepted in any form once player evaluations have started.
2. EGMHA DOES NOT GUARANTEE any special request.
3. Form must be submitted by a parent/guardian of BOTH player families to be considered.
4. Only the first FULLY completed request (meaning a form from each family is submitted) per child will be accepted
5. Special requests will NOT be considered if TEAM BALANCING is affected.
6. Requests do not need to be submitted for siblings but are required for other family members.
7. Coaches cannot be requested directly; the special request must be with their child directly and completed by both families making the request.
8. Only one request for all members of a coaching staff will be accepted.
