VOLUNTEERS WELCOME
Have you ever wanted to get involved, make a difference. There is nothing more rewarding than participating in your child's development in a sports activity. For that matter, you don't even have to have a player currently playing, to get involved.
We welcome volunteers in several areas with our Association. We are in need of Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trainers, Team Managers and House League and Local Loop League Convenors. There is no job in any Hockey Association, that would not benefit from an extra pair of hands, skates or simply a different point of view.
If you are interested in becoming a Head Coach, Trainer, Assistant Coach , On Ice Helper or Convenor for our Initiation, Tyke, Novice or Atom House League programs, please contact
Ryan Gray
,
Vice President HL
.
If you are interested in becoming a Head Coach, Trainer, Assistant Coach or Convenor for PeeWee, Bantam, Midget or Juvenile Local Loop, please contact
Doug Yarenko
,
Vice President LL
.
If you have any interest other than House League, special events, Tournament support, general volunteer help, please contact
Ed Vetere
,
1st Vice President
, and he will forward your contact information to the appropriate Executive member.
Contact info for all executive members may also be found on the
Executive Menu
on the home page.
Without coaches and trainers who volunteer their time and step behind the bench every season, there would be no minor hockey in East Gwillimbury. These volunteers are the heart of any minor hockey association. We are awaiting your message!
