The East Gwillimbury Minor Hockey Association is looking for a supplier to provide jerseys and apparel wear for the upcoming 2018-2019 season. The successful bidder will be the only authorized company to use the EGMHA logo on any apparel purchased over the term of the contract.
The successful supplier will be required to facilitate team fitting sessions for the representative and select teams. It is expected the delivery of jersey’s and apparel for the representative teams will arrive by the last week of August and the house league jersey’s will arrive by the second week of September, based on ordering timelines set by the supplier.
Please refer to the attached Request for Proposals ("East_Gwillimibury_RFP" document below) for what the requirements for EGMHA are and what information is required to submit in a bid.
