Thank you for completing the Non-Resident Player Passport Request Form, it has been saved in our database and sent to the Director of Rep for review.
The NRP passports will be available to pick at the EGMHA Hockey Office (in the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex, at the end of the East Dressing Room hallway) on Thursday, September 15th from 6:30 to 8:00. This is the only window that the forms will be available for pick up.
