Please note that EGMHA DOES NOT GUARANTEE any special request. Only the FIRST FULLY complete request form per child will be accepted. Special requests will NOT be considered if TEAM BALANCING is affected. EGMHA will not be notifying the players family about the outcome of any special request submitted. Requests do not need to be submitted for siblings but are required for other family members. Coaches cannot be requested directly. Only one request for all members of a coaching staff will be accepted.
