We are now accepting applications for Head Coaches and Volunteers (Assistant Coaches, Trainers, Convenors) for the 2025-26 season for all House League and Local League teams, and Head Coach Applications for U7, U8 and U9 CPP Select Teams. Applications for CPP Select teams will close on June 6th. Closure dates for House League and Local League Head Coach and Volunteer applications will be closing on August 15th. 

East Gwillimbury Minor Hockey Association with Upper York Minor Hockey Association is excited to announce the addition of the U8 & U9 Minor Development (MD) Upper York Admirals teams for the 2025/26 season.

The Executive Board of Directors would like to announce the results of the representative reorganization vote East Gwillimbury - 82% in favour Georgina - 88 % in favour Pending OMHA Board Approval Upper York Minor Hockey will now become a full time representative hockey association that will provide a permanent home offering multiple skill levels at each age group for many players from both East Gwillimbury and Georgina for years to come. Applications for U8 and U9 MD and the CPP Select teams will close on April 30th. Closure dates for House League and Local League Head Coach applications will be closing on July 31st. 

EGMHA is putting a callout for interested coaches & hockey volunteers to assist and participate on a development committee that will organize and direct EGMHA's player and coach development moving forward. The committee will be overseen by whomever is the Director of Player and Coach Development from the EGMHA Executive - currently Brad Russell. We are looking to get individuals from across all the age groups in order to ensure good coverage of EGMHA's programming.
